The Penfield Town Board has rescinded its request for an intermunicipal agreement with the County of Monroe for the use of county-owned land located at 1775 Kennedy Road. After listening to resident concerns, the Town is actively evaluating other options for the residential brush drop-off program. Information about a future brush drop-off location will be shared as soon as it is available.
