Have you received a postcard from the Town or seen an "Under Review" sign on a property? Property Under Review will help you learn more about a project application that is before a board such as the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Town Board and/or Historic Preservation Board. Some projects must go before multiple boards before a decision is rendered.
