The Regional Transportation Service (RTS) on-demand service at this time does not include the Town of Penfield. The on-demand allows people to schedule at-home pick up and transportation to and from locations within the Penfield area.

We need our residents to call the RTS customer service number-- (585) 288-1700--and kindly let them know you would like to have this available in Penfield. This could be a lifeline for many who currently do not have any means of transportation or find themselves in need of the service in the future. The cost for the service is only a few dollars!
