Developmental Services is responsible for assisting the Supervisor, Town Board, Historic Preservation Board and town staff with various community projects within the Town, such as rezoning and incentive zoning applications, issuance of special permits, subdivision and site plan approval within the Four Corners and LaSalle's Landing districts and developing zoning ordinance criteria and amendments.
