Town Supervisor Jeff Leenhouts

The Town of Penfield has been home for Jeff Leenhouts, his wife, and their four children for over 20 years. During this time, he has faithfully served as a community leader and volunteered with several outstanding organizations and charities, including Penfield Little League, Boys and Girls Club, Seneca Waterways Boy Scouts of America, where he serves as the Vice President of Planned Giving, Center for Youth, Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, Rochester Regional Health Foundation, Rochester Police Foundation, where Jeff is a Trustee and immediate past President, and Rochester Rotary Club.

Professionally, Leenhouts’ career has focused on financial services as a certified financial planner, chartered financial consultant, and project manager. He’s worked with Smith Barney, RBC Wealth Management, Home Leasing, and Home Properties. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College.

Supervisor Leenhouts’ community involvement and professional background have equipped him to lead the Town of Penfield. With extensive experience in engaging stakeholders and building consensus around challenging issues, Jeff will work with all community members to make Penfield an even better place to live and do business.

Supervisor Leenhouts serves as a liaison to the following boards and committees: Board of Assessment Review, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, Penfield Business Chamber, Penfield Little League, Penfield Symphony Orchestra, local school districts, and Transportation Committee.

Supervisor Leenhouts resides on Jewelberry Drive with his wife, Kristen, and his four children.
