The Ethics Board's main objective is to ensure that the Town of Penfield functions properly and ethically, in strict adherence to the Town's Code of Ethics. The board is responsible for conducting fair and objective reviews of how public business is conducted. Meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
Board members are appointed annually by the Town Board and serve a one-year term. (January 1 - December 31)
