Proposed Local Law to Amend the Zoning Map (Specified Properties)
The Town Board is in the process of considering a proposed local law to amend the Town of Penfield Zoning Map. The proposed zoning district modifications to specified properties are intended to implement zoning and land use recommendations specifically called out in the 2023 Comprehensive Plan Update and/or modify zoning district designations consistent with the recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan. The changes to the map do not include the creation of any new zoning classifications. It is simply an effort to reassign zoning designations on certain parcels of property, which are listed and shown in Schedule A.
