Christmas tree recycling available for residents at DPW

As the holiday season winds down, the Penfield Department of Public Works is now accepting non-artificial Christmas trees for recycling at the Penfield DPW (1607 Jackson Road). Trees can be dropped off at any time and placed just to the right side of the facility gates near the "X-Mas Trees" sign.

All trees will be ground up and made part of the mulch pile, which is available on the west side of the Town Hall complex.
