Penfield Cable Access TV exists as part of the FCC's directive that Cable TV providers designate certain television channels for community use. This is known as PEG Access (Public, Education, and Government Access). The purpose of PCTV is to provide community access programming that informs, educates, instructs, or entertains residents, and groups in the Town of Penfield.
