Supervisor Debbie Drawe announces December 1 tree lighting event

The Town of Penfield and Supervisor Debbie Drawe invite you to attend a special Christmas tree lighting event on Friday, December 1 at 5 p.m. in Schaufelberger Park (1820 Penfield Rd). The event will formally mark the installation of a new 30-foot-tall Christmas tree in the park and the beginning of the holiday season in Penfield.

“The holiday season is a special time, and we are always looking for opportunities to make it even better here in Penfield,” said Supervisor Debbie Drawe. “The addition of the new Christmas tree to the Four Corners District continues our commitment to improving the area and bringing our community together. I hope to see you and your family on December 1.”

Penfield Business Chamber has partnered with the Town of Penfield and will be providing hot chocolate at the event to spread a little extra holiday cheer.

If you plan to attend, please park in public parking lots only. Do not park in privately owned business lots. The Town of Penfield appreciates your attention to this.
