The Conservation Board provides an environmental review of a construction project application submitted to the Town of Penfield. The board conducts a review of the property and issues an advisory report related to environmental protection and management. This report is submitted to the lead agency of said project such as the Town Board, Planning Board, or Zoning Board of Appeals.
The Conservation Board is a nine-member body that meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 7 PM.
