Hoopla Available to Penfield Patrons
Hoopla is a digital media service that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, eBooks, comics, magazines, binge passes, and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, phone, or TV. Titles can be streamed immediately or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. Hoopla has hundreds of thousands of titles to choose from, with more being added daily. Items are available for all age levels. With Hoopla, you never have to wait or join a hold list. In addition, Hoopla offers age-appropriate recommendations for children, reader's advisory for all, and multiple commercial free streaming options.

Up to five items are available per library card per month. You will need your Penfield Public Library card number to create your free Hoopla account. A more extensive setup guide may be viewed and downloaded here.

For the Blind & Visually Impaired
Digital services and materials for individuals in New York State are available through New York State's Talking Book and Braille Library and its BARD (Braille and Audio Reading Download) catalog of digital items.
