The library offers free use of a meeting room for non-profit organizations. A reservation can be made for a date that is up to two months in the future. Please review our meeting room policy and call to check room availability before submitting your reservation request or question below. Questions may be directed to the Penfield Public Library Information Desk at (585) 340-8720. We also have study rooms that can seat up two people at a time. Study rooms are signed out on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

Ruth Braman Room
Able to seat up to one hundred people.

Office Conference Room
Able to seat up to fourteen people.

Meeting Room Reservation Application

Once completed and submitted, this application will be reviewed for approval. If your application is approved, you will receive an authorization email. You will be asked to show this authorization to the Information Desk staff at the time of your meeting.
