Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a five-member body that meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6 pm.
This board is responsible for considering requests submitted by residents and property owners for zoning variances and special permits as outlined in the Town ordinances. Please contact the town Zoning Department regarding applications before the board at (585) 340-8636.
