- Supervisor Debbie Drawe announces approval of 2024 budget, tax rate remains flat On Wednesday, November 1 the Penfield Town Board adopted the 2024 Town of Penfield Budget. The final budget totals $22,981,961. For 2024, the tax rate will remain flat at $2.10 with the Town of Penfield continuing to maintain one of the lowest tax rates in Monroe County.
