Downed trees in roadways and hazardous road conditions can be reported to our DPW by calling (585) 340-8710.
Should power outages occur, the ability of RG&E to assess and restore services will be limited during the storm. Repairs will begin when conditions allow. All downed power lines and outages can be reported to RG&E via phone (800) 743-1701 or online. Stay clear of all downed lines.
