Those are words co-workers use to describe Lisa Gaspar, Tax Clerk for the Town of Penfield.For six years, Lisa has been a smiling face in the Tax Office, always happy to answer questions and help residents with what can often be a tough topic, taxes. Her warm personality and understanding attitude is infectious among residents and staff alike.
And, it’s not just her compassionate customer service that sets Lisa apart. She is also a master at taking complex tax concepts and simplifying the information to make it easier for residents to digest.
Most recently, she created a user manual to assist with the posting of tax payments.
