The beginner’s program helps you learn the fundamentals of boxing while building self-confidence and strength. We focus on form first before we focus on going all out. The class is 20 minutes of boxing, 20 minutes of body weight exercises, and 20 minutes of boxing to finish. Our mission is to help the community to stay active, healthy, and fit all year.
