Penfield Independence Day Parade & Fireworks July 3
Join your friends and neighbors to celebrate our independence on Saturday, July 3! Penfield's annual Independence Day Parade and fireworks are back!

With musical groups, community organizations, and businesses, Penfield's parade is good, old-fashioned community fun! The parade will kick off from Penfield High School at 10:00 AM (roads close at 9:45 am). The parade will travel from Penfield High School to Penfield Community Center, via Rt. 441.

Everyone's favorite parade emcee is back! Mr. Don Alhart from 13 WHAM News will provide parade commentary from in front of Penfield Fire Hall.

The parade will feature DownBeat Percussion, Kelley's Heroes, Prime Time Brass, Towpath Volunteers Fife & Drum Corps., Gates Keystone Club Police Pipes and Drums, Dunleavy Irish Dance, and many more!

Penfield's famous fireworks show is back! Fireworks launch at 10:00 PM from the hill at Harris Whalen Park. The show is visible from miles around! Vehicles will not be allowed into the park; foot traffic only. Spectators should plan to arrive around 9:30 PM if they plan to enter the park for the show. The park will be cleared immediately following the conclusion of the fireworks.

To avoid congestion, spectators are encouraged to view the fireworks show from a location outside of Harris Whalen Park.
