The Local History Room is open once again!
Please join us in welcoming the new Historian Assistant, Anna Jarvis!

Hello! I'm Anna Jarvis, the new Historian Assistant in the Local History Room (LHR). I've met some of you already, but please stop by and introduce yourself if you see me. I'm originally from the U.K., but went to William & Mary in Virginia for grad school, which is also where I met my husband. We moved to Rochester in 2001 and have been living in Penfield since 2010. I'm a big fan of the Penfield Library (and libraries in general), so it's wonderful to be working here. For now, I'm keeping the hours in the LHR the same as when Kathy Kanauer was the coordinator:

Monday, 12-5 PM & 7-9 PM
Tuesday, 10 AM-12 PM & 12:30-4:30 PM
Wednesday, 10 AM-12 PM & 12:30-4:30 PM
