Electric car show to be held April 9 at Penfield Community Center

The Town of Penfield and community partner Color Penfield Green will host an electric car show on Saturday, April 9 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Penfield Community Center (1985 Baird Road).

The show is part of electric car events taking place nationwide on the date to mark Drive Electric Earth Day. New York State Electric Auto Association and Greater Rochester Clean Cities Coalition are also event partners. The show is free and open to the public.

Cars from private owners, dealers, and members of the New York State Electric Auto Association will be on display, and members will be on-hand to answer questions. The show is expected to include over 25 electric vehicles such as the Chevy Bolt and Volt, Nissan Leaf, Ford Mustang, Fiat 500e, Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, Volkswagen ID.4, Tesla, and Zero Motorcycle.
