New Spring Class Added - Tai Chi for Meditation

Join instructor Jean Sica, certified Tai Chi, Qigong, and Healer Within, as you learn a form of moving upright meditation from the comfort of your home. This 5-movement yang style of tai chi has been specifically created by world-renowned author and teacher Dr. Roger Jahnke for the purpose of allowing anyone to experience moving meditation. In addition, this mind/body practice can improve your balance and flexibility, strengthen your cardiovascular system, decrease your stress, and expand your cognitive skills. Please wear comfortable clothing and if possible flexible closed shoes such as light sneakers, socks or slippers with nonslip bottoms, or go barefoot. Your instructor, Jean Sica, has more than 40 years of experience in holistic health and meditation practices; she teaches in community and corporate settings.
