23P-057: The applicants obtained a building permit for the installation of a 12’ x 16’ (192 sq. ft.) shed in the northeast corner of their property in August of 2023. After the issuance of the building permit, the applicants realized that locating the shed in compliance with the minimum 10’ setback would require the removal of a tree. The applicants are requesting a variance of 6’ from the minimum 10’ setback required by Code resulting in a setback of 4’ from the east side property line.
