The accessory storage building necessitates three area variances. The applicants are seeking a variance to permit the building to exceed the house by 39 sq. ft. in size. Additionally, they are requesting a variance to exceed the maximum allowable area of 2178 sq. ft. (1% of lot area) defined by the Code by 1,022 sq. ft., and a variance to exceed the Code's specified maximum height of 20’ by 6’.

The Zoning Board of Appeals adjourned 23Z-058 on October 19, 2023, awaiting the submission of additional information from the applicant.
Subsequently, on November 16th, the applicant withdrew the application.
