23Z-042: Requesting a variance on the minimum rear setback for a shed to be installed in the southeast corner of the backyard. The intent is to build the shed 5-feet from the property line instead of 10 feet. The request for the variance is so the shed will occupy less area of the backyard. The current shed is slightly over the sanitary sewer easement, so it cannot be placed in the same location.
