(Sketch Plan) 23P-008: The conceptual project site consists of 11.93+- acres on the north side of State Road, east of Shoecraft Road, and is located in the Rural Residential Zoning District (RR-1 ). Approximately, 3.7 acres of 976 State Road, will be combined with 978 State Road, and approximately 0.58 acres of 978 will be transferred to 976, which will become Lot 5 of the project with the existing home. A detailed Plat Map will eventually be prepared to initiate this transaction of land as a part of the subdivision application process after we receive input from the Planning Board and Planning Department regarding our Conceptual Site Plan.
