Due to a significant difference in elevation between the finished floor inside and the sloping property grade, constructing anything other than the proposed deck would be challenging. The proposed deck's shape and size will resemble those approved by the zoning board for neighboring properties to maintain consistency with the neighborhood and HOA guidelines.
