23Z-024: Replace the initial 10x8 shed with a 12x16 shed located in the same location as previous and requesting that the shed be placed approximately five feet from the fence line as the survey map from May 11, 2018 demonstrates. The shed will be cape cod style with lakeshore blue vinyl siding to match the siding on our home along with white trim. It will have a double door facing the west and a single door facing the north with two adjacent windows. The roof will be thirty-year architectural shingles in the color of brown to match the roof of the house. The shed will be used for storage purposes such as lawn mower, snowblower, gardening tools, children's bikes etc.
