23Z-021: To construct a wood structure covering the patio/hot tub area. The patio was permitted and approved upon completion although no variance was requested or received in 2022. This structure will be 2¾ feet from an existing fence that is on our property line. It will extend north of our existing garage and will be flush with the edge of our exiting garage. The structure will be open on both the east and west sides and have a solid wall constructed of wood on the north side with the garage door opening on the south side. The roof of the structure will be covered with asphalt shingles to match the existing garage & house roof.
