23Z-020: Proposed Relocation of Tuscan Woodfired Pizza: The restaurant is planning to relocate from its current location at 2231 Empire Blvd to 1998 Empire Blvd. The new location will offer 62 seats for indoor dining, as well as outdoor dining. The existing drive-thru will be repurposed for takeout orders. Additionally, two food trucks will be stored on-site. All signs will comply with local code requirements. The restaurant will employ 3 full-time employees and 8 part-time employees. The restaurant's operating hours will be from 11:30 am to 9 pm, Monday through Sunday.
