23Z-017: It is acknowledged by the applicant that the installation of the sign did not adhere to the code due to oversight during the early stages of the establishment's construction when plans for a patio and other additions were anticipated. The sign is currently in place on the property. The applicant states there are existing obstacles such as a patio and plantings that prevent the sign from being relocated nine feet further into the property to meet code requirements.
