23Z-010: Proposed storage shed to be built within 10 feet of the northern property line of 3380 Atlantic Ave. The shed would be 16'x14' and constructed on a concrete base/foundation. It would consist of wood framing, aluminum siding and vinyl windows. The request for the variance is based on aesthetics and the desire to have the building in line with the existing free­standing garage and property line. The structure would be in accordance with the style and appearance of existing home and garage.
