Paychex is looking to replace its current free-standing signage due to its age and current condition. The new proposed sign will be installed in the same location, after the complete removal of the existing sign and brick structure.  The new sign will change from a V-shaped to a clean and updated double-sided sign.  The brick base will match the brick of the building as before, while the face will change to a light gray for better contrast and visibility of the blue logo. We are proposing a larger letter height to aid with visibility as well. The letters will be halo-lit (back-lit) as before.
