Local Law: Amendment to Town Code Chapter 260

The Town of Penfield Town Board is amending Chapter 260 (Registration of Defaulted Mortgage and Vacant Property) to conform with a new law signed recently signed by the Governor that provides parameters and limitations on local municipalities’ requirements for registering properties with defaulted mortgages.
