- 2023-04-19 Updated Scheme of the Clark House The Town Board had previously requested that the utility room and storage area for tables and chairs, which were initially part of the current house portion of the building, be relocated to the new addition. As a result, the overall building had to expand slightly in size and the footprint was shifted further North.

- The Clark House Building Study 12/2020 - The purpose of the Study is to assess the existing building for use as a restaurant tenant. The primary focus for the Study is to identify potential building code and remedial renovation work required.
In the spring of 2018, the Town of Penfield acquired the Shadow Pines property following a public referendum.
The Shadow Pines property, which was previously home to a golf course, is approximately 212 acres in size and is located generally at the southwest of the Atlantic Avenue and Whalen Road intersection. The property is transected by Clark Road, providing two distinct areas within the overall site, Shadow Pines North and Shadow Pines South. The northern portion occupies approximately 99 acres, and the southern portion of the site is 113 acres.
As part of the purchase, several structures were acquired, including the Clark House.
Upon acquisition of the Clark House, the Town of Penfield has been evaluating how to best utilize the structure and the land which it occupies.
