Application Description: 

Application for revised site plan and special use permit pursuant to Penfield Town Code Section 250-5.9.B-1 to allow for existing interior space to be converted to event space, the construction of second-story deck with enclosed patio space below, and related site improvements at K2 Bros. Brewing at 1221 Empire Blvd. (SBL #: 108.05-2-8.32), located in the LaSalle’s Landing District.  Conversion of exisiting interior space to event space add an outdoor deck on the north side of the existing building that will allow larger events to be accomodated. The project will include related site improvements such as expansion to the parking, Landscaping, site lighting and dumpster enclosure.
