Application Description:

The homeowners, Tim and Susan Dieter, owning a one family dwelling and lot at 12 Stone Hollow Dr., Penfield, NY 14580, are requesting an Area Variance for the Town of Penfield to allow the placement of a storage shed on their property closer to the back property line than allowed by current setback standards. The current setback would have the entire shed placed atop a storm sewer easement. Allowing the variance would keep the shed closer to the back property line and minimize the portion of the shed that would be placed on or near such easement.
