The applicant would like to construct a 15 x 16 paver patio and a gazebo style roof over their patio in their back yard. They are requesting to place this patio about 2 feet off the rear lot line of the property.  This is due to the way the house sits on the lot and there being no back yard as the house sits about 14 feet off the rear lot line.
