The applicant has submitted an application for plans for Proposed 2 lot residential subdivision. No roadway or mass earthwork is anticipated as a result of this subdivision. The existing home that exists on what is now lot R-9C will remain on Lot AR-9C-1 with its area reduced to 32.820 Acres.
