23P-006: Plan to expand the business facility and make it more inclusive by creating a larger area of approximately 1,500 square feet. The current floor space is limited to around 1,000 square feet, and the facility is not accessible to those with disabilities. The expansion will require a variance due to the use of a small portion of green space. To accommodate the addition, one room and a shed will be removed, and only 1,000 square feet of green space will be impacted. The first phase of the project will involve building a deck with steps, a ramp, and double doors to create a more accessible entrance to the facility. The second phase will require the demolition of the shed and room at the east of the facility. Once the demolition is complete, construction of the new room will begin. The starting dates for each phase will depend on the approval process.

23Z-019: The project requires a Conditional Use to allow an expansion of an existing arcade and Area Variances to allow the existing building and proposed addition with less setbacks than required with less parking.
On December 21, 2023, the Zoning Board of Appeals approved the application Area Variances but denied the Conditional Use without prejudice, allowing to the applicant to resubmit pending matters before the Planning Board.
