Novachip paving is a preventative maintenance process for road surfaces. Crews mill away the top layer of the road, recycle it, and resurface it with a bonded wearing course of asphalt.
Highways crews for the Town (on behalf of the Monroe County Department of Transportation) will be performing this measure on the following roadways:
- Creek Street (Plank Road – Empire Blvd)
- Five Mile Line Road (Penfield Road – Penfield/Perinton TL)
- Jackson Road (Atlantic Ave – Jackson Road Ext)
