24P-001:  Sketch Plan application concerning the revision of the lot layout in "Phase II" of the Stafford Park Subdivision. The property, located at the end of the Phase I right-of-way (Dumais Lane) and zoned Residential R-1-20, adheres to specific lot standards, which will be maintained in the new layout. The applicant consolidated two lots in Phase I (Lots 14 and 15), resulting in a current lot quantity of 19. This application seeks approval for the revised layout, bringing the total lots to 20.

-A sketch plan letter was approved and sent by the Planning Board on February 8, 2024 to the applicant.
