"Request authorization to relocate my business (insurance agency) to 1805 Penfield Road, Penfield, NY 14526 from 1601 Penfield Road Rochester NY 14625. I am in the process of purchasing this location that has 2 buildings on the same lot. Front building (yellow house closer to the road) would be a perfect fit for my agency. Currently, I employ 7 people and 6 of them will be working from the new location. Both the ground floor and upstairs will be used as office space. We are hopping to have 3 persons work upstairs and 3 downstairs not including myself (4 total downstairs). Our hours of operations are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday occasionally Saturdays 9 AM to 1PM."
