Application description:

"The proposed improvements shall consist of the maintenance of the stormwater treatment area and other such items as deemed appropriate within the Shady Rock Subdivision, that solely benefits the residents thereof ... the boundaries of said improvement district and general layout of facilities within are shown on the Map and Plan attached to and made a part of said Petition which is filed in the office of the Penfield Town Clerk .... the cost of the installation of the improvements associated with the Shady Rock Subdivision Special Improvement District, shall be borne by the petitioner of said District"
