The following application has been submitted for preliminary and final site plan review by the Town of Penfield Planning Board. A public meeting is scheduled at the Penfield Town Hall on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. All persons in favor of or opposed to this application were heard.
John L. DiMarco II, The DiMarco Group, 1950 Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road, Rochester, NY 14623/DiMarco Baytowne Associates, LLC requests under Article IX-9-2 of the Code for Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval to allow partial demolition of 26,189 +/- square feet of the former Tops store and to convert the remainder of the former store into specialty retail space and to construct two stand-alone restaurant/retail buildings, Building A consisting of 1,880 +/- square feet and Building B consisting of 6,500 +/- square feet with associated parking improvements. Upon completion of the proposed project, the plaza will result in a net reduction of 17,820 +/- square feet. The property is located at 1900 Empire Blvd. and this application is to be known as Bay Towne Plaza Redevelopment. The property is now or formerly owned by DiMarco Baytowne Associates, LLC and is zoned GB. Appl#08P-0014. SBL# 093.02-1-23.11.
