The Town of Penfield’s Shadow Pines Land Use Advisory Committee is seeking public input regarding future use(s) of 212 acres of land formerly known as the Shadow Pines Golf Course and now owned by the Town of Penfield. All residents interested in commenting on future use(s) of these parcels are invited to attend a public information meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the town hall auditorium, 3100 Atlantic Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to give the public an opportunity to present ideas and suggestions for land use(s) to the committee for its consideration. The committee will collect and consider all suggestions as it prepares its land use recommendations in a final report to the Penfield Town Board.
